Responsible and Ethical Use of AI in Business

Graphic of digital man's head representing Artificial intelligence.

Love it or loathe it (or somewhere in between!), Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming an integral part of our everyday and working lives.

The adoption of AI technologies across society is creating new challenges and opportunities, and every business within all sectors, including Tourism, needs to develop its own clear policies on the use of AI, based on an understanding of what the technology can and can’t do, its potential benefits and harms, and individual attitude to risk.

Arts Council England (ACE) has created a handy toolkit of short PDFs to help companies think about their use of AI, both within their organisations and in public and customer-facing applications. Although written primarily for the Cultural sector it has lots of good advice that is transferable to other business sectors, especially Tourism..

Sign up to the Visit West Norfolk email updates to receive our regular west Norfolk tourism business bulletin that can notify you of forthcoming business support and tourism-related grants, business-based events, governmental resources and much more, including AI training courses.
