This year, Queen Elizabeth II becomes the first British monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee.
There will be many Jubilee events and activities taking place across west Norfolk to celebrate Her Majesty’s historic 70-year reign. The nation will be celebrating the Jubilee with a four-day bank holiday weekend from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June 2022. Friday 3rd June 2022 at 11:45am. Queen’s Jubilee Parade will march through King’s Lynn, led by bagpipers and will include cadets, guides, scouts and St John Ambulance. It will be the largest parade to ever march through King’s Lynn. There will be more live music on stage in King’s Staithe Square and activities for children.

Create a portrait, picture, or work of art to represent HM the Queen. Three age groups. Each child’s name and age to be attached. All entries to be delivered to Brancaster Staithe Village Hall between 3-5pm on Thursday 2nd June will be exhibited in the hall from 2pm on Friday 3rd June with results announced at 3pm.
