The Old Store

We are a microbakery and a coffee shop, serving delicious things in and on bread. The Old Store was born from one very specific feeling. The love of all things bread. Making and eating it. So we decided this love needs to be shared… And what better to accompany it than coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, brunch cocktails, home baked pastries and cake!

Our mission is a focused menu made entirely in house focusing around seasonal and local products (whenever possible) all served in a vibrant, buzzing and friendly atmosphere.

We offer an extensive brunch menu with some lunch dishes alongside it. It is all about our home baked products - sourdough, sourdough baguettes, muffins, rye bread, sourdough pastries, our famous cinnamon buns and cakes! On the drink front- our delicious, expertly made coffee is accompanied by freshly squeezed juices, homemade smoothies, milkshakes and lemonades.

All our menu options are served on home baked breads - sourdough, muffins, rye loaf, sourdough baguette.

We aspire to offer a simple, approachable menu options executed to the highest possible standard using best ingredients available (Quality and consistency is what we’re all about!) and supporting local business as well, to name a few - Staithe Smokehouse in Brancaster Staithe and Howards Butchers in West Newton. Our coffee is expertly roasted by a local independent business - our friend Steve at the Norfolk Coffee Company and we couldn't be happier supporting this exceptional, sustainable, ethical business.
