Church Farm Barns

Church Farm Barns is a family run business in the quiet hamlet of Bircham Newton close to the North Norfolk coast and the Royal Estate of Sandringham. Situated in a private off-road location opposite the church from which it gets its name, the site was a working farm for many generations.

The eight holiday cottages are all renovated farm buildings which have been converted to a high standard to accommodate the disabled and their families. All of their properties have been designed to be accessible for all, allowing those with limited mobility to holiday with their family and friends in a home from home environment. They try to make your stay as easy as possible and offer a selection of mobility equipment available to hire including hoists, profile beds and wheelchairs.

All cottages are wheelchair accessible, have level access, open plan room layout including roll in wet rooms and purpose built low level kitchens. Each property can sleep between 2-10 people and has its own personal garden.

Church Farm Barns is family and pet friendly. Their cottages provide a peaceful countryside retreat with breath-taking views over the surrounding fields and Norfolk’s famous blue sky.
