The Great Danes is situated in the picturesque village of Beachamwell on the edge of Thetford Forest and the Brecks, close to the market towns Downham Market, King’s Lynn and Swaffham. A short drive away is Hunstanton, Wells Next the Sea, Burnham Market and many other coastal gems. The inn is perfectly situated for visitors to RAF Marham.

Beachamwell is surrounded by superb countryside walks, cycle paths and local attractions and is close enough to visit the eastern region’s main towns and cities making The Great Danes ideal for both leisure and business guests – whatever the time of year.

Following a recent extensive refurbishment program, you will find their cosy licenced bar, excellent restaurant and tastefully furnished bedrooms for visitors. Accommodation is all en-suite and tastefully decorated. Rooms 1-3 and 6 & 7 are in the main building; Rooms 4 & 5 are in “the Old Forge”. Although the majority of their rooms are either Doubles, Twins or Family Rooms, they can make adjustments to a number of rooms to suit your needs.
