Our bed and breakfast is a well-established guest house with off-street parking in Dersingham - situated only 8 miles from King's Lynn train station, 6 miles from Hunstanton, and just 5 minutes from the local GP surgery (for those who have to have dialysis whilst on holiday).

With a bus stop right outside the door including services from the Coast Hopper bus, Dersingham is conveniently situated for RSPB Reserves at:

Also a nature reserve at Sculthorpe Moor.

For those who like playing golf, there are three golf courses within easy reach.
We're only 1 mile from Royal Sandringham House and with more magnificent Country Houses close by such as.

• Mannington Hall
• Wolerton Hall with its superb gardens and much more.

Enjoy the Norfolk countryside with lovely walks or just amble along the beaches with the beautiful sunsets in the summer months, which Norfolk is famous for. Peddars Way & the Sustrans Cycle Route are close by, both are ideal for walkers or cyclists.

Norfolk Lavender is just 3 miles away with a lavender festival held every July. On the last Wednesday in July, Sandringham (one mile) hold their annual Flower Show where the King and Queen attend.  Also Wolferton station, where once the Kings and Queens used to arrive for Sandringham, is a must see. The nearby Dersingham bog also has wonderful walks.

Valerie caters for those who want that little bit extra. A healthy breakfast awaits with fresh produce, marmalades & various jams, all served with Speciality Teas if required. Vegetarians are also catered for. All rooms are en-suite with coffee/tea tray, hair dryer and TV.
