Inland from the coast, West Norfolk’s gently rolling countryside of farmland and forest is dotted with pretty flint and carrstone villages. To the south, the ancient town of Downham Market provides an ideal base from which to explore the fascinating open landscape of the Fens and surrounding countryside.

King’s Lynn was one of England’s most important ports from as early as the 12th Century. Beautiful Saturday Market Place is dominated by the magnificent King’s Lynn Minster. Explore ancient streets and cobbled lanes which stretch down to the river, past fine historic buildings including the elegant Custom House.
